Erling Have
Mr. Erling Have is a member of NELEA’s labour market expert team. He has 18 years of experience as international consultant. Core competences:
- Development of management system and capacity building for regional and local organisations
- Employment services, including management of staff-functions, day-to-day management of employment service, team building, project co-ordination and implementation, services to persons seeking work or training, services to companies, monitoring of the labour market
- One stop services for enterprises including employment services, labour market training institutions and labour market inspection
- Pro-active labour market policies and strategies, including programmes for special target groups
- European employment strategy, guidelines and indicators, including development, implementation and monitoring
- Labour market and human resource development, nation-wide/regionally, including labour market strategies, monitoring of labour market, financing of employment services

Niels Peter Jensen
Mr. Niels Peter Jensen who holds a Master degree in Public Administration, is a member of NELEA’s labour market expert team. He has more than 15 years of experience as an international consultant. Core competences:
- Wide experience as Project Manager and Team Leader of complex international technical assistance projects;
- Experience in modernising public administration and institutions and restructuring and privatisation of public owned companies;
- Competent with regional development policies, labour market and social policies;
- Extensive experience in Labour Market Monitoring, Analysis and Forecasts;
- Strengthening of the institutional capacity of labour market institutions;
- Elaboration, implementation and evaluation of Active Labour Market measures;
- Vast experience in Mobility Centre development and management
Mr Jensen has proven advisory and management experience from the transition economies of Serbia, Croatia, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Greenland and Belarus and project management experience from Egypt, Jordan, Belarus, Turkey, Portugal and Greece.

Claus Nue Moller
Mr. Claus Nue Moller, who holds a Master degree in Political Science, is a member of NELEA’s labour market and VET expert team. He has more than 20 years of experience as a civil servant at the Public Employment Service, as an assistant professor and an international consultant. Core competences:
- Extensive experience in Labour Market Monitoring, Analysis and Forecasts;
- Strengthening of Social Dialogue at both national and local level in connection with elaboration, implementation and evaluation of active labour market measures and VET initiatives;
- Elaboration, implementation and evaluation of Active Labour Market measures in line with national and regional requirements and the European Employment Strategy;
- Elaboration and implementation of national and regional HRD and VET strategies;
- Wide experience as Project Manager and Team Leader of complex international technical assistance projects;
- Strengthening of the institutional capacity of labour market and VET institutions;
- Development and implementation of ESF like projects based on labour market needs;
- Monitoring and Evaluation of Labour Market and VET measures;

Lise Wichmann
Mrs. Lise Wichmann is a member of NELEA’s education expert team. She has 20 years of experience as international consultant. Core competences:
- Extensive experience in VET curriculum development methodologies and processes
- Profound experience in teaching curriculum development methodologies
- Revision of existing curricula and development of new modular competency-based curricula for secondary VET programmes
- Qualification analysis in relation to vocational education and training (VET)
- Development of short job-oriented courses for adult vocational training related to and based on partnership with the local industry
- Development of basic skills programmes for vulnerable groups
- Strengthening of the institutional setting for the provision of Vocational Education Services
- Highly experienced in motivating and training teachers and trainers
- Long standing experience from projects on training of vocational teachers especially from adult vocational institutions
- Design of curriculum structures; development of guidelines and manuals on curriculum development and training provision
- Strong teamwork orientation and excellent coaching capacities
Ms Wichmann has working experience from Albania, Belarus, Bulgaria, Denmark, Egypt, Hungary, Kosovo, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Serbia and Vietnam.
